Every coach on FindCoach goes through a rigorous, multi-step vetting process. We verify credentials, review client references, assess coaching methodology, and monitor ongoing quality — so you can trust every professional you find on our platform.
Application Review
Every application is manually reviewed by our team. We evaluate your coaching credentials, formal training history, years of practice, and areas of specialization to ensure alignment with our standards.
Credential Verification
We verify certifications directly with issuing bodies such as the ICF, EMCC, and CTI. We also confirm professional memberships, continuing education, and any relevant academic qualifications.
Client References & Testimonials
Applicants provide 2–3 client testimonials and professional references. We review these for evidence of coaching effectiveness, client satisfaction, and ethical conduct.
Professional Assessment
Our review team evaluates your methodology, coaching philosophy, and professional materials. Coaches who meet our standards are approved; those who don't receive specific guidance on what to improve before reapplying.
Ethics & Conduct Agreement
All approved coaches sign our professional code of conduct, committing to client confidentiality, transparent pricing, evidence-based methods, and non-discriminatory practices.
Ongoing Quality Monitoring
Vetting doesn't end at approval. We continuously collect client feedback, monitor satisfaction scores, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure every coach on our platform maintains the highest standards.

What you need to know before applying
Before submitting your application to FindCoach, please ensure you meet these requirements.
Professional Certification
While certification is not strictly required, we give strong preference to coaches with active credentials from recognized bodies such as the ICF (ACC, PCC, MCC), EMCC, CTI, or equivalent accredited training programs.
Demonstrated Experience
A minimum of 2 years of professional coaching experience with documented client engagements. We review your coaching history to ensure a consistent track record of results.
Professional Insurance
We strongly recommend professional liability insurance. FindCoach connects professionals with clients and assumes no liability for provider services. Providers accept full responsibility for their practice.
Client Testimonials
Submit 2–3 testimonials from past or current clients that demonstrate your coaching effectiveness, approach, and the impact you've had on their personal or professional development.
