1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FindCoach platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FindCoach is operated by Exponent Group, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 83-2293642). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

FindCoach is a curated coaching marketplace that connects individuals and teams with vetted professional coaches. We provide a platform for discovering, evaluating, and engaging coaching professionals across multiple specialties including executive, career, life, team, entrepreneur, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence coaching.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

4. Coach Listings & Vetting

All coaches listed on FindCoach undergo our vetting process. While we take reasonable steps to verify credentials and qualifications, FindCoach does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or outcomes of any coaching engagement. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence when selecting a coach.

5. Fees & Commissions

FindCoach charges a 20% commission on client referrals made through our platform. Coaches set their own session rates and package pricing. There are no upfront fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden costs for coaches to be listed on the platform. Payment terms and methods are established between coaches and their clients directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Exponent Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Coach profiles and content submitted by coaches remain the intellectual property of the respective coaches.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) misrepresent your identity, credentials, or qualifications; (c) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (e) use the Service to send unsolicited communications; or (f) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

FindCoach acts as a marketplace connecting coaches with clients. We are not a party to any coaching agreement and are not responsible for the actions, advice, or services provided by coaches listed on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
