Alice S. Kitchel

Alice S. Kitchel brings a rich and multidimensional background to her coaching and consulting work – combining over two decades of experience in mental health and art therapy with deep expertise in human and organizational development.

 

Rooted in her upbringing in rural Vermont and shaped by years spent living in Germany, Scotland, and New York City, Alice has cultivated a lifelong appreciation for people, cultures, and the natural world. Her love for the outdoors is expressed through her landscape paintings, which capture the beauty of Vermont’s scenery.

 

Alice holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from Vermont College of Norwich University. Her academic and professional journey has centered on helping people grow – whether as individuals, teams, or organizations. She is a graduate of the Vermont Leadership Institute and is certified through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), holding the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

 

Across her career, Alice has consistently been drawn to roles that support transformation and well-being. From guiding individuals through personal challenges as an art therapist and mental health counselor to helping organizations identify patterns, navigate change, and thrive, her passion for empowering others remains constant.
