Throughout my career, I have focused on coaching people, teams, and organizations to reach their full potential. I began my journey with a small investment advisory firm that grew into a national leader, providing me with firsthand experience in guiding teams through significant growth and change. After 13 years there, I moved to India to help build a small consulting company and lead an entrepreneurial training program, coaching aspiring business owners as they launched and scaled their ventures.

Since relocating to Boston and starting my own business, I’ve continued to coach leaders and entrepreneurs worldwide. In 2014, I co-founded Dorchester’s first coworking space, the Fields Corner Business Lab, and launched SCALE Consulting, where I provide strategic coaching, marketing direction, and planning for small businesses. I also work with Versys Consultants & Services in Bangalore, India, where I directed their entrepreneurial training program and continue to coach their team today.

Additionally, I consult with VISIONS, Inc., where I previously served as Communications Lead and continue to support leadership teams through coaching and strategy development. Beyond my consulting work, I serve as an advisor to multiple companies, hold a board seat, and co-produce documentary shorts — always with a focus on empowering people and organizations to grow with clarity and purpose.
